I help teens, adults, and couples to address current problems and unresolved past issues in order to move their lives forward in a positive direction. For over thirty years I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds to enhance relationships and personal growth.

For over 20 years, I have worked with my clients by going beyond traditional counselling, which is usually limited to "talk therapy". I am focused on working at a deeper level with my clients using Somatic (body) therapies that work with body, mind, spirit, emotions.

Ultimately, I look beyond the usual checklist of problematic behaviours focusing on the whole story and what exactly is happening in an individual's life and how they are integrated into their personal environments.
