My biggest passion is empowering teenagers to find the resources needed to get through an age of puberty changes, peer pressure, changing schools and making new friends, as well as transition to adulthood

I have experience treating a range of childhood and youth issues as well as parenting struggles, family relationship difficulties and individual trauma.

Sara Trought is a compassionate therapist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She works with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

We offer mental health counselling to adults and relationship counselling to all kinds of dynamics. For professionals, we provide supervision, consultation, debriefing, and support for workplace stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

With over 30 years experience and training as an educator and therapist, I bring a wide variety of knowledge and experience to my clients. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and capacity-building in order to support people to create a meaningful life.
