I work with adult individuals and couples who are navigating mid- and later-life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they don't feel like themselves anymore. That's often when people discover me.

I have experience treating a range of childhood and youth issues as well as parenting struggles, family relationship difficulties and individual trauma.

I help people who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath. Together we'll work through anxiety, relationships, boundaries, burnout, and the patterns keeping you stuck.
