I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.

I think of people's stories and pain like gems in a hidden treasure chest. When a client shares them with you, it feels profoundly sacred. I deeply hold that no matter what someone is struggling with, we are all humans having a human experience and trying our best.
