Individual Therapy

Living a life you love is a journey that requires ongoing attention and intention.  Gaining clarity of personal values, ideals, and dreams are key in living in alignment to your true self.  With one to one coaching, you will gain the support to overcome personal barriers and build an empowered life of personal purpose.

Couples Therapy

Navigating life together can bring excitement and challenges, along with the unexpected.  This is a space to seek a deeper understanding of each other and to consider both relational strengths and challenges.  Building bridges within a relationship helps with discovering how to move forward in healthy and fulfilling ways, where individuality is not lost but rather celebrated.  This guidance can be beneficial for navigating through relationship decisions in a deliberate and intentional manner.  Paula is Gottman Level 2 trained and is an approved member of the Gottman Relationship Check Up.

Marriage Assessment

Being intentional about creating a life you enjoy and love, includes being proactive about your relationship.  Preparing for marriage puts you at being 31% less likely to get divorced.  This is a non-denominational assessment and counselling package that may meet the qualifications required for those getting married in a church - please confirm the church prerequisites.

For those already married, this is a great opportunity to troubleshoot relationship downfalls and to optimize your strengths.  This assessment is customized to you and your relationship in order to be relevant, as it creates a platform for rich and meaningful conversations.

This assessment process can bring hope for a solid future, as understandings and agreements are uncovered and created.  Paula is a certified SYMBIS facilitator.
