My clients shift in their understanding of the importance of career in their life, beginning to understand that what they move into for career has always been about what they feel passion for.

Through my Master’s degree I completed a double major in career and personal counseling. This unique training has helped me understand the impacts of personal well-being on career development and work performance and productivity. It also helped me understand how career development and/or employment satisfaction impacts on an individual’s well-being and on how they behave and interact with others.
