If you are living with the impacts of trauma, relationship breakdown, or a crisis of identity, you’re not alone. I have over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples with interpersonal trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse recovery, discrimination, loss of meaning in life, and uncertainties of purpose or identity.

My work is psychodynamic, somatically-focused, and supports the psychological growth of clients. I want to help you get to the roots of problems and develop greater self-awareness in the process. I believe that long-term wellness ultimately stems from developing insight into the various patterns of our lives.

I help clients understand and navigate patterns of anxiety, trauma, and relationship conflict. I intend for therapy sessions to be down-to-earth, collaborative, and conversational in nature. I have a professional background in somatic and attachment psychotherapy with a focus on understanding the psychology of trauma and attachment-based injuries.

I believe that it is possible to not only recover your life, but also develop new meaning and understanding that will help you to navigate longer-term well-being. My approach to therapy is holistic, non-pathologizing, and looks beyond the individual, taking into account the various relational systems and contexts in which we live.

As part of my training and experience, I also offer clinical hypnotherapy services for supplementary support with various life concerns. The majority of my professional experience as a therapist has been focused on supporting individuals with healing from the impacts of complex relational trauma. I understand that while in the midst of emotional distress, it can be hard to envision a way through. I currently offer in-person, virtual, and telephone therapy options for individuals across the province of Ontario. My office is conveniently located in London, Ontario, accessible from downtown and various public transportation terminals. There is plenty of free and accessible parking for your convenience. My current standard rate per 50-minute session is $140.00 for individual sessions and $180.00 for sessions with couples.
