In my work, I often draw from Jungian psychotherapy and Sandplay Therapy to support deeper healing and self-discovery. Rooted in the belief that the psyche naturally moves toward wholeness, Jungian approaches invite clients to explore the symbols, images, and unconscious patterns that shape their inner world. Through Sandplay—a gentle, nonverbal form of expression using miniature figures and a tray of sand—clients can safely give form to experiences and emotions that may be difficult to articulate.
