I help couples strengthen and deepen relationships using a variety of approaches including the Gottman model and Emotion Focused Therapy. *Office hours select weekdays, evenings and Saturdays*

Some of the fundamental aspects of any relationship are communication, respect and reciprocity. Through my work with couples I help them identify what areas are are working well so we remember to keep them going, and what areas are challenging and need an adjustment.

My model for couples is relational therapy. I teach the partners how to become a safe and loving presence for each other, building skills for reconnection via dual communication and self-leadership (partners’ takes responsibility for their own feelings and actions).
