Thanks for taking a minute to review my bio. We all go through challenges in life but sometimes they just become too much and professional help is required. My goal is to provide you with a safe, non judgemental environment to help you sort through these challenges.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Somatic. Relational. Neurobiological. I am an integrative therapist offering grounded, compassionate and effective therapy for a richer, more relational life. Sessions are available online and in-person. I am an EMDR trained therapist.

Dealing alone with life's challenges such as: Addiction, Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Family issues, Grief & Loss, can negatively control you. Get your life back. I work together with you to draw a counselling plan in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.
