I began couples, families and relationship counselling through my work in private and public education systems. I can help with concerns that include: divorce, separation, parenting skills, self-harm, disordered eating, communication skills and self-regulation.

Counselling helps couples and families strengthen their relationships, solve problems and gain understanding. Communication, anger, sexual issues and blended families are just a few of the problems clients describe. You will find me supportive and easy to talk to.
