A career is more than just a way to pay the bills. Every person spends most of their life in their careers and the career satisfaction/non-satisfaction spills over to the person’s personal life, too. I am passioante about supporting individuals in exploring their experience of burnout from hustle culture and managing the invisible mental load. I also help folks unpack and explore the impact that systems of oppression (patriarchy and capitalism) have had on one's identity, lived experiences and internalised messages of not enough. Together lets work to dismantle these systems of oppression.

Art therapy and counselling support individuals navigating career questions, transitions, or uncertainty. Creative and reflective processes can help clarify values, identity, strengths, and direction, particularly during periods of change or burnout. Therapy provides space to explore both practical concerns and deeper questions around meaning, purpose, and alignment in work and life.

Being a trained Life Coach, I help clients identify their dreams, bent and natural gifts, so they can build careers which utilize their skill set. From there, I help them set SMART goals – i.e. Simple, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time-focused – broken down into smaller goals, so they never get discouraged, plus they get to witness and celebrate their progress every step of the way. I believe in walking alongside the client in their journey to complete what they set out to do, tackling obstacles as they come – shyness, communication issues, confidence, etc. – so nothing will stop them!

However, sometimes it can be hard to tune into your own intuition, especially within the mix of what you want, what you need and what others think. My role in therapy is to help you untangle all these knots and empower you to make a decision that you feel is your own.
