We will discover fears, hopes and the story you have used for historical career decisions. By doing this we will be able to develop meaningful steps towards your personal fulfillment.

Career counselling at Neurodiversity Aware Therapy supports neurodivergent clients navigating work environments that can be confusing, stigmatizing, or poorly aligned with their needs. Therapy focuses on understanding workplace rights, clarifying strengths and challenges, and identifying practical strategies for communication, boundaries, and decision-making. Clients are supported in developing self-advocacy, confidence, and career paths that are sustainable and aligned with their values and capacities.

Dr. Strauss offers career counseling through New Leaf Psychology Centre. In order to facilitate decision making, sessions will first assess your current skills, assets and interests. Your level of fulfillment at your current place of work, and obstacles to fulfillment will also be discussed. Potential career changes will be reviewed, with the goal of helping you come to a decision that you are comfortable with.
