I’m here to support first responders, Indigenous clients, seniors, individuals, and couples through life’s challenges. With a warm, down-to-earth approach, I focus on creating a safe, respectful space where healing and real change can happen.

I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.

I work with individuals and couples to create deeper, more successful relationships and to develop happier, more meaningful lives. Therapy is a positive step towards better understanding and dealing with life's challenges. If you wish, my therapy dog will work with us.
