My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore life’s challenges and discover practical strategies for growth, resilience, and emotional well-being. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and renewed hope.

I’m here to support first responders, Indigenous clients, seniors, individuals, and couples through life’s challenges. With a warm, down-to-earth approach, I focus on creating a safe, respectful space where healing and real change can happen.
