Eleanor has earned accreditation in the Bader-Pearson Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, has completed an ICEEFT-endorsed EFT Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and completed Levels 1, 2, 3 of Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

I'm the author of the book, "Divorce Proof Your Marriage Before You Say 'I Do' - Seven Essential Conversations." While it's always best to identify and address potential problems BEFORE marriage, most of us don't. Never fear. There's still hope!

Our approach is to focus on the individual for as long as one partner is out-of-balance, the relationship will not thrive. As a professional hypnosis consultant, each of our sessions focuses on unraveling the emotional cloud that has emptied the well of love and family.

After my social work degree I became a certified marriage and family therapist. Then I went on to become a certified sex therapist and an imago certified relationship counselor. I believe I can offer clients a unique experience.

Couples enter therapy for help with conflict, affairs, intimacy and communication problems. My approach to couples counseling uses the researched-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy techniques which help couples learn how to handle conflict and increase intimacy.
