Anxiety and stress can be situational to an event, loss, disappointment, or fear. Anxiety can also be a baseline hypervigilent state, with a relapsing, remitting quality. For many years I have taught Relaxation and Imagery for anxiety and Stress issues. I have found Mindfulness meditation to be particularly useful to those clients who commit themselves to the process.
