I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to support exploration and healing. I help clients explore the root causes of their struggles, such as underlying emotions or past experiences, and examine unhelpful thinking patterns that may contribute to their feelings and behaviours. Together, we work on developing tools for emotional regulation creating a healthier relationship with food and self considering body image. I aim to empower clients to move toward greater self-acceptance, balance, and overall well-being.

While I do not specialize in treating eating disorders directly, I support individuals who are struggling with the emotional, relational, and identity challenges that often surround food and body image. Therapy with me may focus on anxiety, self-worth, family dynamics, or burnout—factors that can impact or intensify disordered eating patterns. When appropriate, I collaborate with specialized clinicians to ensure comprehensive care. My role is not to replace a treatment team, but to support the deeper personal work that often runs alongside it.
