I am a registered psychologist specializing in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. I aim to provide my clients with as much time and comfort as they need until they feel safe and secure.

I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.

I am a highly experienced psychologist. I have been successfully helping people for over 30 years. I do this by really listening to you and helping you find new perspectives and solutions to the issues and problems you bring.
