I am a registered psychologist specializing in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. I aim to provide my clients with as much time and comfort as they need until they feel safe and secure.

I help individuals, couples, and families break out of negative cycles, reduce anxiety, stress, and rebuild clarity in life and relationships—through structured, collaborative therapy focused on insight, connection, and real-world change.
