I’m Lana, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and work toward meaningful change.

I am a Registered Psychologist practicing in BC & AB. I specialize in working with children/teens & adults. I am a Certified Play Therapy Supervisor, EMDR, CBT and DBT trained. I also administer Psych-Ed and Emotional/Behavioural assessments diagnosing ASD, ADHD etc.

The power of the mind and our thoughts can be overwhelmingly stressful especially when faced with many of todays challenges and our own personal issues. I look forward to helping you work towards a more peaceful way of being.

It is my honour to walk with people as they work through life challenges, to be a safe witness to their pain and find the calm after the storm. I act as a guide and mentor, helping clients access and mobilize inner strengths and resources to cope with adversity.

Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the challenges & chaos that we find ourselves experiencing. I provide sessions by video and phone, and offer online booking as well as free initial 15-minute consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.
