For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

I'm a supervising psychotherapist who specializes in treating professionals for addiction, anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD. I have extensive experience treating adults, teens and couples in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My style is open and interpersonal.
