Jaime Saibil, a psychotherapist and cognitive-behavioural therapist, has nearly a decade of experience providing counselling within the areas of anxiety, stress, depression, couples-related issues, and weight management.

My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges and goals. Together, we’ll work to uncover strengths, improve well-being, and create meaningful change so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Therapy helps people see their problem through the eyes of an objective observer. I work in: individual, family, & couples therapy, grief & bereavement, trauma therapy, interpersonal conflict, posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, abuse, & divorce.
