I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is to work with each couple together. In collaboration, we look for the strengths in the relationship. What brought you together in the first place, and then what has contributed to the current challenges?

I have been in the practice of family therapy since I began working as a social worker 24 years ago. Over the past six years this area of expertise has become more prevalent as I work with the adolescences and the parents by creating a balanced, respectful, safe home.

Each one of us is like a group: four types of "part-selves" trying for balance. In any Relating (more so in a couple) such 'parts' Learn – yet also Clash! Couple counselling is fine-tuning the Bonds and Boundaries both 'within' and 'between' our Selves and Parts.
