My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Life can be hard; each season of it comes with its own set of challenges. & I don't believe we were meant to face them on our own. I am here as a counsellor to come alongside you, & work together with you, in those areas where you feel you could use some support.
