I have over 4 years of previous experience working with people challenged with a variety of struggles. I work with clients according to their goals and understand that every person has strength inside them to move towards recovery and growth with any struggle they face.

I offer a warm, collaborative approach using CBT, ACT, SFT, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients explore, build resilience, and create lasting change.

We empower you, in English or French, in a safe and non-judgmental environment, to explore a challenge that you face, understand it, and better cope with it so that you may reduce stress and live a life of better quality.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist accepting NEW CLIENTS in-person or through video or phone sessions. I have a passion for working with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in working with clients in the LGBTQI+ community and Refugees.
