Amazing lives inside of you, but it's up to you if you will live it out.  Don't delay.  Pick up the phone and book your initial appointment today!!!
A few questions to ask when considering professional counselling:
  • “Are you unsatisfied with the way your life is going right now?”
  • “Do you lack the motivation to go after the things you deeply desire?”
  • “Are there areas in your life (past and or present) which are affecting your potential?”
  • “Are you fed up of being misunderstood, mistreated, or unappreciated?”
  • “Are you ready to focus on the issues that are standing in the way of where you want to be?”
  • “Are you ready to make positive changes in your life, but don’t know where to begin”?

Signs you should see a therapist
  • Consistent and ongoing feelings of overwhelm
  • Loss of interest in things previously enjoyed
  • Using substances to cope
  • Strained relationships
  • Getting negative feedback at work
  • Unable to stop thinking about past traumas experienced
  • Strong feelings of hopelessness
  • Loved one expressing concern for your wellbeing
  • The things you've tried to cope are not working

Working with a psychotherapist will help you explore these questions; and assist you in moving further on your journey towards health, wellness, and personal growth.
