I have been offering youth therapy and family counselling services in B.C. for 28 years. I am interested in creating a space where positive personal stories can be remembered and created, and this is accomplished in large part through the use of relationship building.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) based in the West End, serving the entire Lower Mainland. I practice a bio-psycho-social approach to mental health, addressing the interconnected aspects of well-being & functioning.

I provide a warm, safe space to connect, process your thoughts and feelings, and work through difficulties. I use a holistic and integrative perspective, including both the body and mind in healing. I specialize in eating difficulties, body image, self esteem, & trauma.
