My family/couples work could be called "narrative-systemic". Individuals have a personal story of lived experience that influences the filter through which they see their world. Family experiences contribute to this filter and are in turn evident in couples issues.

I have been assisting couples for 19 years to: resolve long-standing communication issues; rebuild trust and safety; increase tenderness and mutual understanding; deepen connection. The ultimate goal is that the couple feel like they are 'on the same side' again.
