The purpose of marriage is not just to make us happy but to make us conscious. By disengaging from the stress and conflict inherent in most relationships we gain the freedom to be ourselves. This allows us to create an intimate relationship based on love and respect.

Through the ebb and flow that is inevitable in marital relationships, I hope to help couples to find their way back to one another, through effective communication, sharing of feelings, creating goodwill, and strengthening the marital bond.

AAMFT and Gottman trained in marriage counselling .I believe E-Counselling can be an advantage for couples as they have to read what the other person has communicated and to seek understanding before responding to the other person's thoughts and feelings.
