Couples Therapy
I work with couples stuck in fighting, withdrawal, and disconnection, and help them bring back harmony, safety, and stability to their relationship. If you feel alone, unheard, and misunderstood, and no matter what you do, you can't seem to make it work, I can teach you what it takes to feel emotionally safe, understood & connected in the relationship.

Individual Counselling
We all have different reasons causing us distress, and our experiences and the way it affects us is very unique. This may look like stress, self-esteem issues, social isolation, depression, anxiety, trauma, and many more. My focus is to help you find hope, purpose and inner peace and to help you see a future with genuine smiles.

Regardless of what the label is, I can help you wake up in the morning not feeling numb and empty, and actually have something to look forward to and enjoy! I’ve helped many who felt the same, and I can help you, too, learn to give your mind a break, enjoy things without constantly worrying what could go wrong, and go about your day without being triggered by past traumas at every corner.

Immigrants & Mothers
A unique specialty of mine is working with 1st and 2nd-generation immigrants. Many immigrants come to me because I help them not just bridge the cultural gap, but to also find a way to feel home away from home.

I also work with a lot of mothers trying to navigate feelings of guilt or shame and feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I understand that being a mother is not always moonlight and roses. You can feel lost and at wit's end. For many, they feel they have lost themselves amidst motherhood. I can help you regain yourself and be more at ease. I can also offer some parental tips and guidance.

Bonus: I can also work with you in Arabic.
