Saint Paul University’s Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre welcomes a diverse clientele, for individual or couple’s therapy. Services are provided by counselling interns at the Master of Arts and Doctoral level in Counselling and Spirituality at Saint Paul University. *Services in French available

Bilingual Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counsellor with 30 years of experience working as a helping professional. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings and have gained valuable knowledge and skills to help people improve their quality of life.

My approach is direct yet gentle, helping you reach your goals. Therapy with me is collaborative and structured- we address challenges step by step while leaving room for humour, honesty, and lightness.

Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.
