Bilingual Social Worker and Certified Addictions Counsellor with 30 years of experience working as a helping professional. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings and have gained valuable knowledge and skills to help people improve their quality of life.

I help people who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath. Together we'll work through anxiety, relationships, boundaries, burnout, and the patterns keeping you stuck.

With my experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and communication issues, I’d like to support you in finding a balance in your life.
