In my therapy office you will find a relationship of sure steady guidance, sensitivity, trust and humor. I have a lot of training and experience and I don’t let that get in the way of knowing who is sitting in the room with me.

At Begin Within Psychology, I create emotional safety quickly by listening intently and asking many open-ended questions. I want to learn about you so we can begin to identify the areas that need the most help and support.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.
