Sandeep Nagra is a Canadian Certified Counsellor in good standing with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, a Master of Arts in Human Development from Laurentian University and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree from York University.

Sandeep has had considerable experience working in a variety of settings such as group homes, mental health centres and non-profit agencies supporting individuals, couples and families who face challenges with communication, anger management, conflict resolution, mental health and addictions, trauma, domestic violence and parenting. Sandeep also has experience running workshops and groups related to parenting, empowerment, depression, stress management, life skills and healthy relationships in English and Punjabi. Sandeep currently is also an active member of the community and volunteers her time to sit on the Board of Directors for a non-profit agency.

Sandeep practices from a Client-Centered perspective and Strengths Based Approach where the focus is on helping her clients recognize and build on their already existing skills and learning new skills that empower clients towards their desired growth. Sandeep views counselling as a collaborative process between the client and counsellor in a safe and encouraging environment. Sandeep employs techniques and interventions from a variety of different therapeutic approaches and modalities to meet the specific needs of her clients. Some of these modalities and techniques include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  Sandeep provides counselling in English and Punjabi.
