My approach to counselling is a holistic one. I strive to create a safe space for you to strengthen and deepen your relationship with your mind/body/emotions/spirit, thereby revealing how you may be blocking your own healing.

My passion is to introduce people of all ages to the healing that's possible when you work in partnership with horses for greater self-discovery. We offer virtual and in-person psychotherapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy at our beautiful farm surrounded by nature.

I offer a calm, compassionate space to slow down and reconnect. Grounded in evidence-based, integrative care, I help clients restore balance and ease—providing counselling in Peterborough and online across Ontario, inviting rest, renewal, and a return home to yourself.

I provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to explore your own unique journey of healing and growth. With compassionate support you may feel heard and find new ways of looking at what life presents.

I am here to help you take steps to better manage the challenges that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life and work with you to discover a path towards self-awareness, restoration and growth in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Paul works with the client to formulate treatment goals, and then uses a variety of approaches to best achieve these. Client's are provided with a safe, confidential atmosphere in which to share their struggles, and leave feeling empowered and hopeful.
