- 7 years of psychotherapy experience
- Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Yorkville University (2019)
- Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, York University (2016)
- Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
- Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
- Certified Brainspotting Practitioner
- Approved Brainspotting Consultant
