Hello! Since 2008 I have worked alongside individuals, couples, and families spanning across Canada, Egypt and the Netherlands. I'm committed to listening and providing you with practical skills & tools to increase resiliency and to help you feel more in control.

Therapy with me is real, honest, and practical. I bring both heart and evidence-based strategies to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I do have a direct approach, and love to bring humour into our sessions!

I utilize a variety of techniques (CBT, mindfulness, SFT) to address your concerns and assist in improved self-understanding to help you find meaningful solutions. I strive to create a non-judgemental space and collaborate with you to help achieve your goals.

My main focus of counselling is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe. I enjoy with children, youth, young adults, and families to support in the challenges of life and all the transitions it brings.
