Through my struggling I have come to understand that my purpose is to help others find purpose in their pain. I have extensive personal experiences & professional training in gestalt, Gottman couples, somatic experiencing (SE),addictions that allows me to support you.

I help people who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath. Together we'll work through anxiety, relationships, boundaries, burnout, and the patterns keeping you stuck.

My biggest passion is empowering teenagers to find the resources needed to get through an age of puberty changes, peer pressure, changing schools and making new friends, as well as transition to adulthood

I have experience treating a range of childhood and youth issues as well as parenting struggles, family relationship difficulties and individual trauma.

I believe that therapy is a heroic journey of discovery, healing and growth, and it is uniquely yours. Nothing happens in isolation, so I consider the influence of world events, life experiences, and a lot more while we work together.
