I work with adult individuals and couples who are navigating mid- and later-life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they don't feel like themselves anymore. That's often when people discover me.

Life gets hard. Navigating through the anxiety, sadness and overwhelm can often be a challenging and isolating experience. Therapy with me empowers you to change that. I have over 8 years of experience doing just that. Let's get started.

Sara Trought is a compassionate therapist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She works with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
