Welcome, my name is Susan and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges and find your path. I am committed to guiding your transformation and growth. I'm also a trauma-informed Christian therapist and offer EMDR sessions.

I have a passion for igniting a healthy vision for change as clients are empowered to face challenges and grow as individuals. I am a M.P.C.C. and a C.T., and I have 33 years of experience working with individuals (teens and adults) and couples.

Therapy with me is real, honest, and practical. I bring both heart and evidence-based strategies to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I do have a direct approach, and love to bring humour into our sessions!

I provide evidence-based virtual therapy for trauma and emotional dysregulation. Using approaches like EMDR, DBT, and trauma-focused methods, I teach practical psychological skills to calm emotions, reduce stress, and build healthier, more stable relationships.

I am a registered psychologist specializing in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. I aim to provide my clients with as much time and comfort as they need until they feel safe and secure.
