I am a Registered Psychologist with 10+ years of experience. I am located in Edmonton, Alberta. I offer both in-person and online/video sessions.

I work with adults (18+) and couples offering both individual and couples therapy.

I have weekday daytime and evening appointments, as well as Saturday appointments available.

I work with adults who have feelings of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. I have worked with women fleeing domestic violence, children who have experienced trauma, and couples who have gone through infidelity and other life changes. I aim to provide you with a safe and non-judgemental space to express your thoughts and feelings.

I believe each person is the absolute expert in their own life – you live it, experience it, and feel it. When working together, I aim to provide you with a different perspective and wherever possible to build awareness around the root cause of your struggle.My approach often includes various client-centered therapeutic interventions. All of our work together is based on where you are at in your journey and supporting you to grow at your own pace and level of readiness. My clinical work expands to support individuals, couples, and families who have struggled with trauma, betrayal, addiction issues, grief and loss, relationship issues, workplace stress, and other life changes and transitions.

Therapy is one way in which we can invest in our well-being. It allows us to attend to and understand the personal and unique workings of our mind and equips us to prevent and/or minimize the impacts of mental and emotional overwhelm.
