What to expect in sessions:
  • Paced sessions based on your unique needs and circumstances.
  • Getting to know one another and what you are going through with the goal of helping you understand your symptoms, behaviours, challenges, and relationships from a new perspective to reduce any shame, stigma, and self-critical beliefs.
  • Goal setting, clarity on direction for sessions, support in helping you determine the direction for our work together (should you be stuck on this)
  •  Skill building with the goal of improving symptoms and immediate life enhancement.
  • Work through past pain, stress, trauma with safety as the priority to reduce the influence of these past events on your current behaviours and symptoms.
  • Re-assess as needed to determine if goals have been met to desired satisfaction.
