Couples and Relationship Counselling. I take a holistic approach in working with couples. I also work with couples exploring alternative relationship styles.

I help couples stuck in conflict, silence, or emotional distance rebuild connection with structure, clarity, and respect. Reconnect 2.0 blends the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and SFBT into a no-blame, results-focused process for lasting change.

Through the ebb and flow that is inevitable in marital relationships, I hope to help couples to find their way back to one another, through effective communication, sharing of feelings, creating goodwill, and strengthening the marital bond.
