I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in counselling and sport psychology. I use a cognitive behavioural approach and also utilize other modalities to best meet the needs of the individual. I view therapy as a collaboration and work with you to establish and reach your goals. In doing so I help to facilitate the change process by helping bring out existing strengths in addition to other coping strategies and increased self-awareness and understanding.

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I provided mainly individual counselling to adults. In 2020, I earned a Master of Education degree in the Counselling Psychology program at the University of Alberta. I am presently a Ph.D. candidate in the accredited Counselling Psychology program at the University of Alberta, and I'm completing a portion of my residency at Mindspring under the supervision of Dr. Jake Tremblay, R. Psych. Before becoming a Registered Psychologist, I worked as a teacher with Edmonton Public Schools. I was born and raised in Edmonton.
