Anger has a lot to do with repressed fear. If we don't allow fear to be released we tend to take our anger out on the people closest to us. Certain situations will trigger us if we don't know how to control our anger if we aren't dealing with underlying issues. Often if we are not consciously working on dealing with managing our anger it doesn't just go away by itself.
