For over 20 years, I have worked with my clients by going beyond traditional counselling, which is usually limited to "talk therapy". I am focused on working at a deeper level with my clients using Somatic (body) therapies that work with body, mind, spirit, emotions.

I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.

With 39 years as a therapist, 42 years of marriage and raising four children, I am very interested in successful family living! I work hard to help clients reach their goals and move toward healthier, more satisfying relationships with spouses, children, family & God
