Corinne Qureshi is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is passionate about collaborating with people to help them reconnect with what is important to them, to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and actions, and to provide them with evidence-based skills that will help bring them closer to the life that they want. Corinne largely works with adults (18+ years) providing individual psychotherapy services with an emphasis on her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Corinne is client-centered and trauma-informed in her therapeutic approach, which emphasizes compassion and understanding in a therapy process that is flexible, collaborative, strategic, and effective.
Corinne uses evidence-based practices to help you explore the 'static', elevate your self-awareness, and develop your abilities to move towards what matters to you with greater intentionality. Such practices can help you learn how to suffer less and transform the way that you live even when confronted with difficult and painful thoughts and feelings. The evidence-based methods that Corinne draws upon largely include her training in ACT and DBT.
