I specialize in
working with adults on the Autism Spectrum (level 1), ADHD, or learning
disabilities as well as their loved ones. I also work with clients with mild to moderate social anxiety, or depression, or emotional regulation difficulties. I also work with college / university students, people with employment challenges, sleep issues, life transitions, relationship and communication difficulties, financial issues, stigma, or isolation. I
provide a positive and supportive space for clients of any sexual
orientation.
I am a certified ADHD Coach (AACC) and have over 20 years experience in mental health services. Taking the first
step in searching for a therapist or coach is often the biggest one. I will listen with compassion
and work with you to tap into your own resources learn to use coping
skills and daily solutions. I use CBT, and various evidence-based
interventions.

resources. The foundation of my work is in building relationships
whereby you feel heard, validated,
understood, and able to build trust in the therapeutic process. I am a
