Welcome! I am a compassionate and professional therapist experienced in treating a variety of mental health issues. I highly value the autonomy and uniqueness of each client and thus customize each course of therapy to my client's individual needs.

My biggest passion is empowering teenagers to find the resources needed to get through an age of puberty changes, peer pressure, changing schools and making new friends, as well as transition to adulthood
