I am passionate about helping people work through current issues and concerns that are keeping them from living the life they want. I believe in connection and want to support you to be clear about what you want, to set goals for treatment, and address roadblocks.

I work with adults and youth interested in individual or couples therapy by helping them learn the skills they need to work through the challenges they're facing. You don't have to do it on your own!
