I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

What's missing in your relationships? Do you experience doubt or put too much pressure on yourself? Who is there to support you? I enhance relationships, address depression, anxiety, anger, etc. I believe we all get stuck sometimes. I love what I do and can help.
