My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

One of my biggest satisfactions is to witness my clients gain and use insights that help them change - to be the people they really want to be. Learning new relationship tools, role playing, relaxation, grounding, can lead to enhancement of self-trust and aliveness.
